STUFFING - PANEER & CABBAGE


Ingredients

100gms Paneer  
2 tbsp Cabbage [chopped finely]
1 medium sized onion [chopped finely]
2 green chillies [chopped]
3 garlic cloves [chopped]
1 tsp oil
Salt to taste








1. Pour oil in a non-stick pan. When hot add the chopped onions and fry for a minute.


2. Add garlic and chopped green chillies and fry for a minute



3. Now add cabbage and fry for a minute. 



4. Finally add paneer and fry until it turns slightly brown. 



5. Once it turns brown, cool it for a while and its ready to be used for stuffing for rotis and breads.  





  • Instead of cabbage, you can use capsicum too.
