Paneer

medium sized onion [chopped finely]
Salt
to taste
1. Pour oil in a non-stick pan.
When hot add the chopped onions and fry for a minute.
2. Add garlic and chopped green
chillies and fry for a minute
3. Now add cabbage and fry for a minute.
4. Finally add paneer and fry until it turns slightly brown.
5. Once it turns brown, cool it for a while and its ready to be used for stuffing for rotis and breads.
- Instead of cabbage, you can use capsicum too.
