CRISPY CORN KERNELS



Ingredients

100 gms corn kernels
2 tbsp rice flour
Corn animated gif2 tbsp gram flour
1 tbsp maida or all purpose flour
 ½ tsp chilli powder
½ tsp kasuri methi
1 pinch yellow food colour
Salt to taste
Oil for deep fry


Method

1. Mix all the dry ingredients.


2. Make a thick batter with required water.


3. Add corn kernels to the batter.

4. Heat oil in a pan and fry the corns.



5. Serve hot with your favourite sauce.
