  CAPSICUM BULLS EYE
INGREDIENTS
1.Capsicum-sliced thinely
2.Egg-required numbers
3.Salt-to taste
4.Pepper powder-to taste
5.Olive oil or butter or ghee- half a spoon
METHOD:
1.Slice the capsicum
2.Butter the pan.
3.Place the sliced capsicum.
4.Carefully break the egg and slide it gently in the center of the slice.
5.Sprinkle salt and pepper on top and close it with a lid for one minute.
6.Serve hot with toast.
